This isn’t the best mix of this song. The best I’ve come across is on one of the DJ Kicks comps that comes in at about 5 mins 30. In many ways this song is shit, but I can genuinely listen to it over and over again. I’d love a club to play it back to back for an hour; I’d fucking rip it up. It’s about a pair of courting lady birds who get drunk on double nectars and have sex – though it sounds like rape. This version’s a bit slow and takes a while to get going but stick with it and you’ll probably end up with a similar love/hate relationship.
